In 2004 Olvia won international tender for construction and planning works of Trade and recreational Center- MOST CITY.

Technical features:

5 level complex with parking for 1000 places.

Total center area- 87 500 sq.m.

17 floor office part- “A” tower –Business center- 11 500 sq.m.

23 floor residential part- “B” tower- Apartment center -18 000 sq.m.

MOST CITY CENTER is one of the key elements of town planning project, located at “pre-bridge area”. It was the first case in the city when the whole block was provided for construction of 1 project unit. Total area of the complex is 117 000 sq.m.  Trade and recreational complex is represented by 3 levels construction, where each level has its own unique idea concept.
