The structure of the construction company “Olvia” includes the company LLC “Stalkonstruktsiya-110”, which was founded on the basis of a manufacturer’s factory with 50 years of experience in the manufacturing of metal structures.
At the moment, it is a highly qualified enterprise with a powerful modernized base for the production of both construction and technological metal structures of any complexity, with a capacity of over 500 tons per month.
LLC “Stalkonstruktsiya – 110” carries out all types of design of technical documentation, production of building and technological metal structures, and provides a wide range of machining services of any degree of complexity.
The production has a package of certificates of conformity of Ukraine (UkrSepro) for serial production of structures:
- Frames of profile and composite sections;
- Roofing and flooring (including spatial trusses of any complexity);
- Bunkers, tanks, loading leaks, and blast chambers;
- Overpasses and galleries for any purpose;
- Exhaust and chimneys;
- Square ducts;
- Flues of circular cross-section with a diameter of up to 3 m and more for various purposes;
- Gas collectors, vacuum chambers, etc.;
- Towers and portals of power lines
- Girders of suspended transport, stairs, platforms, fences.
Services:
- Development of MS and DMS drawings.
- Fabrication of metal structures of construction and technological type, of any complexity, with the issuance of a certificate (passport) for the supplied products. Metal structures are made of carbon steels of various grades, as well as alloy and stainless steel.
- Quality control of production at all stages of production, including the services of ultrasonic testing of welds.
- Delivery of finished products to the facility.
- Production of precision parts by turning and milling.
The production is equipped with more than 25 CNC lines and high-precision machines of European and American manufacture: FICEP, MESSER, ESAB, LINCOLN, AIR LIQUID, PEDDINGHAUS.
The total area of the metal warehouse is 3000 m2. The acceptance and delivery of metal is provided by: a gantry crane Q-30, a tower crane Q-10, and a MKG-BR-25.
The total working area of the production areas is about 25,000 m2.
We will deliver the structures in a sequence that will ensure uninterrupted operation of the installation organization at the construction site. It is also possible to provide turnkey work by performing installation of all the above structures.
