The construction company Olvia is carrying out the reconstruction of the MOST-City shopping and entertainment center with the addition of a three-screen cinema on the site of the current open parking lot of the office center.
The implementation of the reconstruction project will increase the number of visitors and increase the quality of the city's population's leisure time. The total area of the new three-screen cinema is 3.2 thousand/m2.
As of February 19, 2024 construction company Olvia is completing works on the facility within the framework of the signed contracts.
Areas of work performed by the construction company "Olvia" in the project:
- Dismantling works;
- Installation of the main frame structures (248,097 tons);
- Installation of half-timbered frame structures (54,380 tons)
- Installation of reinforced concrete base;
- Two-level reinforced concrete floor with a volume of 180 m3;
- Wall (enclosing) sandwich panels - 2,500 m2;
- Arrangement of junctions of wall sandwich panels;
- Installation of half-timbered frame structures;
- Installation of a membrane roof;
- Fire protection of steel structures;
- Arrangement of smoke removal systems;
- and others.
