LLC "Olvia BC"Ltd. provides services of general contracting organization during the construction of the "Perekhrestya" shopping and business complex in Dnipro. The new building will be located on the site of the dismantled "Kubometr" shopping mall, the total area of the buildings will be 34.8 thousand m2.
The complex will consist of a 6-story stylobate part and a 20-story high-rise complex. It will house commercial and office premises. The main idea of the commercial and business complex is to create a multi-level covered street.
Also, during the construction of the complex, LLC "Olvia BC"Ltd. laid over 5,300 m3 monolithic reinforced concrete structures.
Also, the capacities of LLC "Olvia BC"Ltd. were performed installation of an above-ground pedestrian gallery between the MOST-city shopping mall and the Perekrestya shopping mall.
